Returns & Exchanges

At enewton, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn jewelry in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
